Is MailMerge365 HIPAA compliant?

While MailMerge365 is compliant to best practice IT security standards, we are not certified compliant with HIPAA due to the size of our organisation. 

In order for MailMerge365 to work, the spreadsheet data is transferred to our servers for processing and kept there for a duration of at least 12 months. These servers are located in Europe (as is our company).
