Resolving error message "There was a problem starting MailMerge365"
Often times this error message is displayed if your organisation's network or computer is caching an older version of the plugin.
This is easiest resolved by right-clicking into the plugin area and selecting "Reload" or pressing CTRL + F.
Alternatively these are further steps to resolve the issue:
- Close all browser or Outlook windows and restart.
