Which email providers and platforms does MailMerge365 work with and support?

MailMerge365 is an extension to Microsoft 365. Emails sent with MailMerge365 are sent using an "Microsoft 365 Business" account .

MailMerge365 currently does not work with:

  • Microsoft 365 Home, Personal or Family subscriptions: only Microsoft 365 Business subscriptions are supported
  • Gmail: see gmass.co for a similar extension for Gmail
  • IMAP or POP3 accounts: MailMerge365 tightly integrates with Microsoft 365 Business account and cannot send emails through IMAP or POP3 connections.
  • Outlook for iPhone, iPad or Android
