Why is my Outlook plugin not appearing or why does my Outlook plugin disappear?

A MailMerge365 account is tied to a single Microsoft 365 (aka Office365) account and mailbox. If you are using multiple mailboxes in Outlook the plugin will only appear in the Compose Message window of the account is connected to MailMerge365.
