Why is my campaign stuck / stalled / paused / not sending or my emails not sending?
Once your campaign is generated it will enter our sending queue. Most of the time it starts sending within a few seconds, but depending on how many people are sending campaigns at the moment it may take a while. We process campaigns as they come in. If the campaign has not been sent within four hours of sending it, feel free to contact us and we will check what's going on.
Beware that there is a 24h limit of 5000 emails per account. If you hit that limit the campaign will continue sending at the latest 24h later.
