What are and how to send follow-up campaigns or resend previous campaigns?
When starting a campaign you can choose to either start a new campaign by uploading a spreadsheet or you can select to send to recipients from a previous campaign based on their actions.
Open the MailMerge365 plugin and if you have previously sent campaigns a new option will popup for you to select a campaign and who to send to from that campaign.
The campaign draft will be created with these recipients and you can write an email just like with a new campaign.
Some things to note:
- The recipients list will be created when you start the campaign. That means only recipients from the previous campaign that fulfill the criteria at that point in time will be added to the new campaign.
- The follow-up campaign is separate from the previous campaign and will not interfere with it at all.
