How do I reduce the size of images in my campaign email?

Outlook for Windows

1. Select the image(s) in the email
2. Use the little circle helpers to reduce the size of the image(s) to the size you want
3. Go to the "Format" menu that now appears under "Picture Tools"
4. Click Compress Pictures

5. Select the following optimal options to reduce images to a size suitable for emails
