Can I send a mail merge campaign to an Outlook contact group?

If you would like to send an email campaign to a Outlook group you have, first add the group to the "To" field. Then click the plus icon to expand the group.

You will be notified that once the group has been expanded you cannot return to the previous state. Click OK to confirm.

Once the group is expanded and all emails are visible you can click "Use current list of email recipients" from the MailMerge365 campaign to create a campaign using that list.

Note that if you change the members of the list in between creating the campaign and sending it, the new members will not automatically become part of the campaign. You must create a new campaign to include them.
